With the features of accuracy, timely and pro-activeness I have seen, I highly recommend for the guys who are looking to lodge their IT Returns.
I came across their service online via google search it was a good call persoanlly. The accountant did manage to get me a higher return that my personal calculation and the turnaround was very quick. However, for basic deductions, I found the price to be steep, however my opinion is personal and I haven't directly compared costs. Would definitely recommend.
Barely said a word to me for 15 mins i was there. Input a few things to the computer, pushed the eftpos machine in front of me with $550 showing on it after no mention of price prior, and advised would take 3 days to get a response (other friends told on the spot). And then was sent an email 3 days later showing i owe $500 after all that. Overall not a good experience
