I really loved coming here. The pricing was okay if you got it online. Some amazing sea life to check out, the sting rays and sharks were huge! Had a good level of extra things for the kids and we got to see a few feedings as well. They have a huge crocodile as well which was really special to see.

The pace itself is amazing. The staff are nice and friendly. If you want to eat whilst you are there"take your own" The food is amongst the worst "zoo" type food I have had any where in Victoria. We have been to them all their food is very ordinary. My wife's food was cold when delivered, she took it back to have it reheated, it came back still cold. I had a hot dog with cheese, the first few bites were "warm" the say the least, after a few more bites it to was cold. Nice way to make your visitors sick. When I took it back to complain the young man behind the counter did not seen too surprised nor did he offer any form of apology or a refund, he was too busy chatting to a staff member on my side of the counter.I did expect he would have gone and got someone to come and see us.I hope the manager or staff check their "Google" review and look at not letting this type of service happen again. My receipt number at the Cafe' is 102429 our date of the visit was 31/01/2019Again do yourself a favour save your money take a sandwich.Richard and Tanya "locals"

We LOVED it! 9 month old in the pram, everything was easy to get to, the small lifts got a little crowded in some spots, but didn't take too long. The penguins are great, but my favourite was that crocodile, he is massive, I didn't believe he was real until I saw him move(from the viewing windows and the glass floor above him). And the underwater tunnels were fascinating! Watching sharks and rays swim right overhead! We will be getting the annual Merlin membership.

What a spectacular sight! This was my 3rd time coming to visit and each time has been oh so memorable. Superb interactions with sealife from feeling starfish to being up close with sharks, sting rays and other beautiful sea life! Truly spectacular. The layout is a fun well designed maze that immerses you completely in the experience with fun activities for the kids to complete along the way. There is so much to see and do that you will be entertained for hours! Will be coming back again soon :)

Nice experience! I was able to feel " everything is bigger in Australia "Plus, huge stingers and sharks(?) Were just amazing. Also huge size of crocodile was just incredible.I had to admit that was thrilling by just looking at it.Nice place for family visit or dating as couple.I had really nice time and money was worth it.
